Adrienne started her visuals career at Fendi, where she was a client advisor who liked to help out the visuals team whenever they came to her store. After a few months she was promoted to visual ambassador at the Fendi in Saks New York. She assisted the visuals team whenever they were in store, and preformed visual rotations on her own in accordance with Italy’s directive when new product arrived. In her first year in this position she won Fendi Best Visual Ambassador of the Americas of the Year out of over forty other VMs. She traveled to Rome and Milan to see the Fendi fashion show, tour headquarters, and assist in the setup of the Fall showroom.

Upon returning to New York Adrienne moved into a full time visuals role at the Fendi flagship before taking on more store as the New York Metro VM. She had eight stores, merchandised the New York showroom, was in charge of store openings in her district as well as many special events such as the annual Fur Trunk Show.  She planned, organized, and installed countless successful window displays. Adrienne also helped train the visual ambassadors at yearly conferences where she would lecture on visual practices and lead hands-on merchandising activities so every store in the Americas could always look their best.

After Fendi she went onto Max Mara where she further honed her skills as a VM. Fendi has a strong focus on leather goods, where Max Mara’s sales are based more in Ready to Wear. Adrienne have a strong eye for detail when it comes to both categories.  At Max Mara she merchandised flagships from New York to Chicago to D.C.. She also worked with the visual team in the expansive New York showroom to make sure it was always buyer ready.  Max Mara has a strong presence in Bloomingdales in the tri-state area and she worked closely with the department store to make sure the brand had the same luxury feel as it would in one of the flagships.

Adrienne has over fifteen years of experience in luxury sales giving her a unique perspective on visual merchandising. She knows that she’s there to uphold the vision of the company she works for as well as drive sales. She works with store managers, buyers and her fellow visuals team to ensure the best possible displays for every location she go to.

Adrienne love to find inspiration for visual merchandising all around her.  Anything from Italian cinema to the repetition in the windows of a bodega can inspire an outfit or display.  In her free time she enjoy photography, movies, museums, traveling, organizing (she’s a Virgo), concerts, trivia nights, taking care of plants, and making the most of the wonderful city she loves to call home.
